about us our approach individuals organisations youth workshops resources contact

We believe in providing young adults unrivalled access to the tools that will give them a head start to their personal development. We offer programmes for schools and youth organisations to inspire, energise and equip young people with the passion & authenticity needed for their journey into adult life.

team building & leadership programmes

Target: Schools & groups of and for young people (age 16-21)

Half day to 1-day programmes for groups of between 10-100 young people. We provide bespoke programmes compiled from sessions such as confidence building, social responsibility & enterprise, taking responsibility for 'me', facing fears, public speaking, team building, university preparation and leadership. We have extensive experience working with young people from inner-cities and underprivileged backgrounds.

general youth coaching

Target: Schools & groups of and for young people (age 16-21)

A 6-session coaching programme is a highly powerful way to transform the performance and perceptions of a young adult. Working 1-1 in person, or over the phone, we provide powerful techniques to help young people to uncover, understand and reach their potential. We equip them with practical techniques to improve their emotional intelligence, awareness and personal resilience. Ideal for improving exam results, deciding next steps after school, or preparing for university.

career planning & coaching

Target: School leavers, recent graduates & first jobbers (age 18-25)

Growing up in recession, talented young people are finding it increasingly difficult to access traditional career routes such as graduate programmes. In a climate where recent graduates are competing with experienced professionals for junior jobs and even further education, how will aspiring young leaders reach their potential? This programme, in small groups or 1-1, inspires and equips education leavers to find their next step. A combination of self vision-setting, CV, networking & interview skills and confidence building - this programme provides a motivational leap into the world of work.

young stars programme

Target: Gifed & talented young adults (age 16-21)

Designed for young adults with high potential (known as Gifted and Talented), we provide small groups of young leaders with the framework to step forwards and shine. A combination of skills training and coaching, this programme challenges its participants to build their soft skills and increase their emotional intelligence. Working together closely with a school or youth group we identifiy the key needs in the group and design innovative sessions to give the young adults an inspirational skills boost.

Example Past Programme - Oakwood Park Grammar School

Sarah has run two excellent enrichment days for our Sixth Form at Oakwood Park. For Year 12 she ran a ‘Raising Aspirations’ day and for Year 13 a day that prepared them for moving on from school into the next stage of their lives.

Her ideas are innovative and engaging and she prepares whole group sessions that involve up to 150 students at any one time. Equally she ensures smaller group work is catered for, allowing students to really focus on the issues being addressed during the wider sessions. Sarah is open and willing to take on board any suggestions and requirements by the host school and communicates her own ideas clearly. Her thorough planning and preparation for the sessions mean very little is required from the host school apart from providing the venue and staff to help facilitate.

Students benefitted hugely from the two days Sarah spent at our school, developing their communication and team working skills and making focused and practical plans for their time after leaving school.

Finance permitting I would have no hesitation in using Sarah again. I have no doubt that whatever requests I made of her she would come up with creative training and guidance sessions for our students.
